from a stay in Rome in April, 1990, showing stacked trees - specially pines
- used as refuge to statues and allowed to pass, in the twilight, disturbing
lights, gave the idea of this painting series where the split up landscape bounces,
lit by different sources : it's a walk in a big park where things come to
light at a road bend, as revealed by the combustion of a Bengal light.
